Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress degradation in the quality of a molded object.SOLUTION: A three-dimensional molding apparatus 10 includes a molding tank 22A for reserving powder 20, a discharge part 26 for discharging a molding liquid 28 to the powder 20 reserved in the molding tank 22A, a recovering part 110 for recovering the powder 20 dropping from the molding tank 22A, and a conveying part 120 for conveying the powder 20 recovered by the recovering part 110 to a supply tank 18A. The recovering part 110 includes a drying part 130 for drying the recovered powder 20 and a classifying part 140 for classifying the powder 20 dried by the drying part 130 based on particle diameters. The conveying part 120 conveys the powder 20 having smaller particle diameters in the powder 20 classified by the classifying part 140 to the supply tank 18A.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
