Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three dimensional molding method easy to avoid problems accompanying melting of a material in three dimensional molding, and a three dimensional molded articles.SOLUTION: In an existent layer 12, particles of a main powder material P1 are fastened each other via a fastening part M consisting of a binder metal material having lower melting point than the main powder material. A powder layer 14 containing the main powder material and a sub-powder material consisting of a binder metal material is formed on the existent layer 12. In both of the powder layer 14 and the existent layer 12, the powder layer 14 is heated by a laser light L so that the binder metal material is molten but the main powder material is not molten. When the molten binder metal material is solidified, the particles P1 of the main power material are fastened each other via the fastening part M consisting of a binder metal material in both of the powder layer 14 and the existent layer 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
