PURPOSE: To provide a three-dimensional net-like structure which can prevent a reinforcement and a net-like member from being separated from each other even though affected by ocean current so as to be suitably used for controlling sand drift excellent in the distribution of ocean current and in the configuration retentiveness and for artificial fish living reef.

CONSTITUTION: A coarse mesh net member 3 having a high strength is entangled with synthetic thermoplastic polymer continuous wire 2A so as to form several irregular loops. The continuous wire 2A bulges out from the space in each mesh of the coarse mesh net member 3, and is in part wound around a rib part 3A of the net member 3. The cross-point of the entangled wire 2A are bonded, and at least some of parts of the wire 2A crossing the net member 3 are bonded or press-fitted (4) to the latter. Further, a three-dimensional net structure formed by the wire is integrally incorporated with the net member 3 so that they cannot be separated from each other, thereby it is possible to provide a three-dimensional bulky net-like structure having a high strength.
