Abstract:
To provide a lamination method for: preventing gravitational deformation of an overhang portion in a fused deposition method; preventing warp deformation due to a temperature difference when a temperature of a material drops from a nozzle temperature for solidification thereof; and preventing a residual minute void due to imperfect adhesion of a laminated material between two layers.SOLUTION: There is provided a lamination method. The method is configured in that: a liquid-filled container is arranged in a space between a platform and a nozzle, and a modeled object is manufactured by a fused deposition method in a liquid, thereby preventing deformation due to gravity by using buoyancy of a laminated product; and a solidification speed of a material ejected from the nozzle is optimized by modeling in a temperature-controlled liquid.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
