CONSTITUTION: This device is composed of the rotary water tank mechanism A consisting of triple chambers 8 which are constituted by consisting the triple chambers of concentrical cylindrical inner chamber; middle chamber and outer chamber made of light transparent materials, housing a prescribed volume of fluid having a predetermined temp. difference into the inner chamber and the outer chamber and housing a prescribed volume of water injected with a prescribed amt. of a liquid crystal to reflect light of the color determined by temp. into the middle chamber and a turn table 6 which supports and rotates the triple chambers 8 and a slit photoirradiation mechanism B which is arranged near the lateral side of this rotary water tank mechanism A and irradiates the triple chambers 8 with slit light having the optical axis in the direction perpendicular to the revolving shaft 3 of the triple chambers 8 and the transverse width at least equal to the diameter of the middle chamber variably in the irradiation position in its axial direction. The turn table 6 is provided thereon with a frame body 7 and a color television camera 9 viewing down the triple chambers 8 is installed to this frame body 7 by aligning its optical axis to the revolving shaft 3 of the triple chambers 8.
