Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional position measurement method and device for a roller bearing in which measurement accuracy is hard to deteriorate even in a case of making an imaging speed faster.SOLUTION: On the basis of a photographic image of an overlapped imaging area c of a first high speed camera 1 and a second high speed camera 2, a three-dimensional position measurement method calculates a three-dimensional positions of a holder 63 and a conical roller 64 in the overlapped imaging region c on the basis of a stereo method. On the basis of overlapped region outside images of overlapped region outsides d, e with one high speed camera 1, 2, a roller axis direction calculated based on the three-dimension positions of one or more rollers in the overlapped region c, and a two-dimensional plane in which centers of the conical rollers 64 in the overlapped region outsides d, e calculated based on the three-dimensional positions of the holder 63 and the conical roller 64 in the overlapped imaging region c exist, the three-dimensional position of each roller reflected on the overlapped region outside image is calculated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
