To provide a three-dimensional positioning system that determines an ink applying position by measuring a prism without referring to a laser spot.
The three-dimensional positioning system includes a three-dimensional measurement device, and a marking device with the prism and a longitudinally movable slider mounted on its frame. The slider is installed with marking means and a reflecting plate. The reflecting plate is marked with a vertical line formed such that by superposing rays of slit light passed through a vertical slit, the direction of the movement of the slider is made parallel to the axial direction of a laser. The marking means is provided on a straight line reaching a vertical line from the vertical slit in the longitudinal direction of the marking device. A laser is emitted to a target point from the three-dimensional measurement device. The three-dimensional measurement device measures a distance to the prism from the marking device adjusted in the direction in which a laser passed through the vertical slit overlaps the vertical line. The slider is moved to the target point from the prism by a horizontal distance, and ink is applied to a predetermined position by the marking means.
