To provide a three-dimensional printing method that is comparatively inexpensive, and to provide a three-dimensional printed body obtained by the method.
The three-dimensional printing method includes: the step in which a required rear print image is formed on the rear printing face of a transparent member that has required thickness and refractive index; the step in which a surface print image having vision displacement relative to the rear print image is formed on the surface printing face of the transparent member; and the step in which the rear print face is covered with a backup film that has a predetermined color. The transparent member is formed from a transparent plate, a transparent sheet, or a transparent plastic body. The thickness t of the transparent member is in the range of 0.1 to 7 mm. The refractive index ns of it is in the range of 1.45 to 1.6. The vision displacement of the rear face print image and front face print image is set as an amount of vision displacement Δ specified by the thickness t and refractive index of the transparent member. The three-dimensional printed body is obtained by the method.
