PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional restoration device, program and method capable of easily performing the three-dimensional restoration of a curve from a plurality of two-dimensional images by the intuitive operation of a user.SOLUTION: A display control part 24A allows a display part to display first and second two-dimensional images. A first plotting part 24B allows a user to freely plot a first two-dimensional curve overlapped with the first two-dimensional image on the display part, and a second plotting part 24C allows the user to freely plot a second two-dimensional curve corresponding to the first two-dimensional curve overlapped with the second two-dimensional image on the display part. A first specification part 24D specifies a first control point group as the control point group of the first two-dimensional curve or its approximation curve, and a second specification part 24E specifies a second control point group as the control point group of the second two-dimensional curve or its approximation curve. A three dimensional restoration part 24F calculates the three-dimensional positions of the first and second control point groups on the basis of a correspondence relationship between the first control point group and the second control point group, and restores a three-dimensional curve on the basis of the result.
