Abstract:
To precisely measure the shape precision of a plastic lens or a mold used for the molding thereof.
The mold M used for the molding of the plastic lens comprises a mirror face piece 1 having a mirror face 1a and a hugging piece 2 for supporting it. The three-dimensional shape of the mirror face 1a is measured by a non-spherical measuring machine after the circumferential part of the mirror face piece 1 is annularly marked 11 to determined the shape error from a design value, and the bending quantity and inclination of the mold M in setting in the non-spherical measuring machine is calculated by the data based on the marking 11 to correct the shape error.
