Abstract:
To prevent the powder mixed into a nozzle from not being removed even though flushing operation is performed in a three-dimensional shaping device that discharges liquid to the powder layer from the nozzle to produce the three-dimensional shaped object.SOLUTION: A three-dimensional shaping device 1 includes: a shaping table 9; a layer forming unit 2, 6 configured to form a powder layer 500 on the shaping table 9; a head 3 configured to eject a liquid containing a binder from a nozzle N to a shaping region P; and a control unit 12 configured to control movement of the head 3 with respect to the shaping table 9 and driving of the head 3 by applying a voltage. The control unit 12 executes first flushing operation when an area M of a shaping region P1 is equal to or greater than the threshold value, and executes second flushing operation when the area of the shaping region P1 is less than the threshold value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
