Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control slippage and to improve tear strength of a three-dimensional solid shape woven fabric without spoiling a look of the three-dimensional solid shape woven fabric by eliminating the need for shears not to leave a shear mark.SOLUTION: A three-dimensional solid shape woven fabric 100 embodying a three-dimensional solid shape comprises a surface layer 101, a back side layer 102 and an intermediate layer 103 connecting the surface layer and the back side layer. A cutting part 101d where intermediate warp comprising the intermediate layer crosses with weft for cut 104 and exposed outside is formed on the surface layer or the back side layer, and the surface layer and the back side layer is connected by the intermediate layer because the cutting part is cut by the weft for cut in weaving. The warp weaving the surface layer, the back side layer and the intermediate layer consist of multiple strings of regular yarn and multiple strings of heat welding yarn interwoven in every one or more than two strings of regular yarn.
