The manufacturing apparatus of the three-dimensional structure is adapted to the three-dimensional structure having the spiral needle like projections or the three-dimensional structure having the spiral needle like projections constituted so that at least one of the peripheral part of the hole of at least one of a needle like mold and a perforated press plate is rotated when the needle like mold is fitted in the perforated plate.
