The three-dimensional structure 1 is made by bonding the first plate 2 and the second plate 3 with an adhesive agent 8. The first plate 2 has a print surface 2a on one side surface, and a print display 5 is given to the surface. A phosphorescent seal 6 is pasted on the other side surface. The print surface 2a of the first plate 2 and one side surface of the second plate 3 are bonded to each other with the adhesive agent 8 composed of a visible light-polymerizable single liquid type resin material. When the print display is for example "emergency exit", the afterglow of the phosphorescent seal 6 enables a person to take refuge safely from the emergency exit at the time of power failure.
