Abstract:
To obtain a three-dimensional super crystal constituted of composite metal ultrafine particles and to provide both a method for stably producing the three-dimensional super crystal on an industrial scale and a production apparatus therefor.
This three-dimensional super crystal of composite metal ultrafine particles is characterized in that the crystal is formed from a shell composed of an organic compound and a nucleus composed of a metal, constituted of composite metal ultrafine particles 10 having uniform particle diameters as a basic constituent element and has, for example, a hexagonal close-packed structure, a face-centered cubic close-packed structure or a body-centered cubic structure.
