Abstract:

PURPOSE: To enhance strength without enlarging volume of coupling part, improve durability to tensile load and compressive load and facilitate forecast of strength on a design when used together with other structural material in a coupled state as three-dimensional composite material.

CONSTITUTION: The objective three-dimensional woven fabric consists of (A) warp z layer arranged in folded state so as to extend in longitudinal direction of woven fabric and extend along the circumference of metal bushing 1 arranged in the end of woven fabric, (B) weft x layer arranged in width direction of woven fabric, (C) bias yarn B layer arranged so as to incline to the longitudinal direction of woven fabric and simultaneously arranged in folded state so as to extend along the circumference of metal bushing 1, (D) yarn layer consisting of radiation-directed yarn r arranged in radiation direction of metal bushing 1 and (E) vertical yarn arranged in thickness direction of woven fabric in a state crossing at right angles to the above-mentioned each yarn layer to bind each layer and setting an arranging position of yarn arranged in folded state so as to extend along the circumference of solid member in the different position in same layer.
