To enable accurate three-folding without any effort or skill.SOLUTION: There is provided a three-fold ruler having a structure in which a U-shaped plate 3 is sandwiched and bonded between a rectangular plate 1 and a rectangular plate 2 having a major axis equal to a major axis of the rectangular plate 1 and having a minor axis different from a minor axis of the rectangular plate 1.EFFECT: One side of a sheet is inserted into the gap between the rectangular plates 1 and 2, and when folding the sheet to the side of the plate having the shorter minor axis, inward folding can be made, and when folding the sheet to the side of the plate having the longer minor axis, outward folding can be made, and thus a three-folding can be easily made.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
