Title:
THREE-PHASE PERMANENT MAGNET BRUSHLESS MOTOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2007068330
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To suppress cogging torque that is increased due to a variation in size and magnetic performance in manufacturing, in a motor applied with optimum design to the cogging torque.

In the three-phase permanent magnet brushless motor composed of a stator 1 having a three-phase winding and a rotor 2 having a permanent magnet provided with a plurality of poles, a dust core molding that is compression-molded at high density is used for the stator 1. In a region where a relationship between the number of the poles of the rotor 2 and the number of slots of the stator 1 shows that the number of the poles is 16 or smaller, and the number of the slots is 12 or smaller, a combination that the least common multiple of the number of the slots and the number of the poles is 60 or larger is applied. The dust core molding is formed by compression-molding magnetic powder, and a molding having a density of 7.5g/cm3 is employed as the dust core molding.
