Title:
THREE-PHASE SNUBBER CAPACITOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3267830
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a snubber capacitor which allows no difference between terminal inductances and does not generate difference between the back electromotive forces due to the residue when the capacitor is turned on and off.
CONSTITUTION: A first capacitor element C1 and a second capacitor element C2 are arranged at the both edges of a clamp capacitor element Csp. The electrodes 4a and 5a of the first capacitor element C1 and the second capacitor element C2 are connected to both electrodes of the clamp capacitor Csp and another electrodes 4b and 5b are connected to the bushing (2) at the center by lead wire. Both electrodes of the clamp capacitor Csp are connected to the bushings (1) and (3) provided on both sides of the bushing (2) at the center. 'The whole body of the capacitor element which is three-phase delta-connected is wrapped with insulating paper, stored in a metal case impregnated with electrolyte and sealed. Terminals (1) and (2) are connected on the G1 side of the snubber circuit, and terminals (2) and (3) are connected to the G2 side.
