Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize damage of a beat portion at the time of traveling with a punctured tire while enlarging a disc and providing a design with good appearance.
SOLUTION: A three-piece wheel for an automobile has an inner rim 1, an outer rim 2, and the disc 3. The inner rim 1 and the outer rim 2 have flange portions 5 facing to each other, and fixed at the disc 3 by a lock screw 4 piercing through the flange portion 5. The inner rim 1 has a recessed portion groove 7 at an outer side surface between the flange portion 5 and a rim flange 6. In the recessed portion groove 7, an outer side wall 9 near to the flange portion 5 is disposed on a nearer side to the disc 3 than a center of a rim surface 8, a valve hole 13 which pierces the outer side wall 9 and fixes a valve 10 is made to open, and a body portion 11 of the valve 10 is disposed at an inner portion of the recessed portion groove 7. A cavity 15 which exposes a rod 12 of the valve 10 to the outside is provided at the disc 3.
