Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-pipe hinge so as not to generate an abnormal sound from between pipe parts by use, or so as not to abrade an end surface of the pipe part in an abnormal state by an unbalanced load, in the three-pipe hinge of combining the three pipe parts.SOLUTION: A three-pipe hinge comprises a frame side blade 1 having an upper pipe part 3 and a lower pipe part 4 and a door side blade 2 having a pipe part 5 incorporated between these upper-lower pipe parts. Caps 7 and 8 are fixed to an end surface of the upper pipe part and the lower pipe part of the frame side blade. A shaft 6 is inserted into-fixed to the pipe part 5 of the door side blade, and the tip of the shaft vertically exposed from the pipe part is vertically slidably and rotatably inserted into the upper pipe part and the lower pipe part. The lower end of the shaft 6 rotatably and slidably contacts with an inner surface of the cap 8, and a clearance is formed between a lower end surface of the upper pipe part 3 and an upper end surface of the pipe paret 5 and between an upper end surface of the lower pipe part 4 and a lower end surface of the pipe part 5.
