Title:
CATECHOL AMINE MEASURING REAGENT AND QUANTIFYING METHOD FOR CATECHOL AMINE USING IT
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3216203
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To quantify catechol amine simply, at a low cost, and with high sensitivity by using an aryl aminomethyl derivative given by a specific expres sion as a fluorescent derivative reagent.
CONSTITUTION: An aryl aminomethyl, derivative as given by formula I as a peculiar fluorescent derivative reagent for catechol amine (where, Ar is phenyl group and L is eliminated group) is used as a fluorescent derivative reagent, and under co-existence with catalyst, oxidator, and reaction accelerator, reactions are made with catechol amine at pH4-9. The catalyst may preferably be ammonium molybdene, oxidator be KIO4, and reaction accelerator be mathanol or ethanol. Pyrrolobenzoxazole derivative of fluorescence generating substrate as given by formula II (where, Ar is aryl radical, R1 and R2 are hydrogen atom, hydroxyl radical, or methyl radical either identical or different) which is fluorescence reaction resultant of aryl aminomethyl derivative and catechol amine, is a very strong fluorescence substrate working stably.
