Abstract:

PURPOSE: To balance capacity values between first and third terminal electrodes and between second and third terminal electrodes to make them nonpolar by extending an auxiliary electrode from a third oscillation electrode to a position facing the first terminal electrode so that the area where they face each other is equal to the area where a second leading-out electrode and a third terminal electrode face each other.
CONSTITUTION: First and second terminal electrodes 2 and 3 are formed in both end parts of an oblong rectangular piezoelectric substrate 1, and first and second oscillation electrodes 4 and 5 are formed in the center part, and they are connected through first and second leading-out electrodes 6 and 7 respectively. A third oscillation electrode 8 and a third terminal electrode 10 are formed on the other face of the piezoelectric substrate 1. An auxiliary electrode 11 having the same width as the second leading-out electrode 7 is extended from the third oscillation electrode 8 to a position facing the third terminal electrode 3. That is, stray capacities are generated between the second leading-out electrode 7 and the third terminal electrode 10 and between the auxiliary electrode 11 and the third terminal electrode 3, but stray capacities are equal to each other because areas where they face each other respectively are equal to each other.
