Title:
THREE WAY MOTOR-OPERATED VALVE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3208989
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To improve the operating accuracy of a valve body, by absorbing an inertial rotation amount of a motor owing to an inertia after the driving motor is rotated to a specific position so as to turn off a power source, with the idle running scope of an intermittent movement transmitting means.
CONSTITUTION: A voltage is applied to an electric connector 66 in order to convert the position of a three way solenoid valve 31, and a microswitch is operated to drive a driving motor 51. And the motor 51 stops when it comes to a specific position, but the motor 51 does not stop instantly by an inertia, and rotates excessively a little by the inertia. As a result, the driving section 60 of a Geneva mechanism (an intermittent movement transmitting means) continues the rotation together with the motor 51. However, since the driven section 61 of the Geneva mechanism is provided with an idle running scope to the driving section 60, the rotation is not transmitted. Consequently, a valve 37 stops in the condition to make a flow passage 37a coinside to openings 34 and 33 perfectly.
