PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-way switching valve having a simple constitution which can perform mixing or distribution and full-closing.SOLUTION: A three-way switching valve comprises: a valve main body 21 which has first and second opening parts 21A, B opened while opposing each other in a direction intersecting with an axial line direction of a valve shaft 36, and a third opening part 21C which is opened in the axial line direction, and in which a valve chamber 37 is formed; a valve body 34 which has a first port 40 opened in a direction intersecting with the axial line direction, and a second port 41 opened in the axial line direction while corresponding to the third opening part 21C, and which is arranged in the valve chamber 37, and turned; and first and second seat rings 38, 39 which are arranged at positions corresponding to the first and second opening parts 21A, B in the valve chamber 37, and contact with the valve body 34. The valve body 34 includes: a first plane part 42 which is parallel with the axial line direction at a back face side of the first port 40; and a second plane part 43 which is parallel with the axial line direction while separating from the first port 40 by 90° around one direction of the valve shaft 36 in a plane which intersects with the axial line direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
