Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three way valve to facilitate exchange of gas in an apparatus through small and simple structure.
SOLUTION: First and second opening passages 3 and 5 are formed at the left and the right of a valve body 1 and an internal passage 6 in a valve elements arranged approximately at the central part of a valve element at right angles with the axes of first and second opening passages. A third opening passage 7 is formed at right angles with the first and second passages. The upper and lower ends of the internal passage form a first valve seat 8 and a second valve seat 10. First and second valve elements 11 and 12 are separably arranged in respective valve chambers corresponding to first and second valve seats. The internal passage is communicated with a second opening passage. The valve chamber of the first valve is communicated with the first opening passage, and the valve chamber of a second valve is communicated with a third opening passage to form a three-way valve.
