To miniaturize a swinging damper, and to enhance the degree of freedom of the arrangement of a swinging shaft by improving a three-wheeled vehicle with a swinging mechanism.

A three-wheeled vehicle with a swinging mechanism has a swinging shaft 137 to swing a vehicle body frame 16 in the right-to-left direction with respect to rear wheels 18 and 21 sides forming right and left wheels, and a swinging mechanism 93 having a damper rubber 112 held between rear wheel 18 and 21 side members (pressing members 113) and the vehicle body frame side 16 member (a case 111) to generate the reaction force to return a vehicle body frame 16 to an original position when the vehicle body frame 16 is swung around the swinging shaft 137. The swinging mechanism 93 is configured as a mechanism in which the pressing member 113 or the case 111 swingably attached to a through pin 116 is separately provided from the swinging shaft 137. A damper rubber is provided around the through pin by separately providing the through pin from the swinging shaft, and the swinging mechanism can be miniaturized if the through pin is thinned. Any large space is not required around the swinging shaft, and the degree of freedom of the arrangement of the swinging shaft is enhanced.
