PURPOSE: To reduce aerodynamic resistance and to improve stability with respect to a side wind, by forming the front part of a body with two front wheels to be wide and flat, and by forming the rear part of the body with one wheel to be narrow and high.
CONSTITUTION: A body 1 having an engine compartment section 1a in the front and a passenger compartment section 1b in the rear is provided with two front wheels 2 and one rear wheel 3. The front part of the body 1, including the engine compartment section 1a and front fenders 1c on the opposite outer sides of this section, is formed to be wide and flat. Meanwhile, the passenger compartment 1b is formed to be approximately equal in width to the engine compartment section 1a and to be higher gradually toward the rear so that the rear part of the body 1 is formed to be narrow and high. By this constitution, the aerodynamic center of the lateral side of the body is shifted backwrd so that the stability in relation to a side wind can be improved, while the rear part of the body is formed to be narrow in width so that aerodynamic resistance can be reduced.
