Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the subject apparatus capable of changing the pulse width outputted to the threshing depth regulator according to a change in travel speed and keeping the threshing depth constant.
SOLUTION: This threshing depth regulator 19 for a combine harvester is obtained by installing the threshing depth regulator 19 capable of changing a relay position to a conveyor 15 and regulating the threshing depth between a conveyor 15 of a reaping part 5 for conveying reaped grain culms and a grain culm feeding conveyor 18 for conveying and feeding the grain culms to a thresher 13 and is composed so as to automatically keep the threshing depth nearly constant based on a signal from a threshing depth sensor 32. In this case, the threshing depth regulator 19 is composed so as to produce a pulse output thereto when traveling at a low speed based on a prescribed speed and initially feed the pulse output for a prescribed time and then continuous output based on the prescribed speed thereto and keep the threshing depth nearly constant when traveling at a high speed.
