Abstract:
To provide a throating bag having satisfactory draining capability and restraining generation of toxic gas like dioxin during incineration.
By applying a hydraulic stream to a web produced by wet- papermaking with a partially filled paper wire from the above on the wire and sucking it under the wire to punch the web. By including calcium hydroxide and calcium oxide in a sheet, hydrogen chloride gas generated during incineration is converted into calcium chloride. As a result, dioxin or the like caused by hydrogen chloride is reduced to reduce discharge amount to the air.
