Abstract:
To provide a molding device and a manufacturing method for throttle bodies which improve versatility of a mold to reduce manufacturing costs.SOLUTION: A molding device 10 of throttle bodies 12a, 12b includes: molding cores 72, 80; distance regulation cores 74a, 74b, 82a, 82b which mold a first passage formation part 24 and a second passage formation part 26. The molding cores 72, 80 have first molding cores 721, 801 and second molding cores 722, 802 which mold the first passage formation part 24 and the second passage formation part 26. The distance regulation cores 74a, 82a are disposed between the first molding cores 721, 801 and the second molding cores 722, 802 to form a cavity 15 for molding the throttle body 12a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
