Abstract:
To inhibit deflection of a throttle shaft to reduce the amount of air leaking from between a suction passage and a throttle valve in a throttle body.SOLUTION: A throttle body 1 includes: a bearing holder hole 8 which is provided between adjacent suction passages 2, extends in a direction perpendicular to a center axis A1 of a throttle shaft 5, and intersects with the center axis A1; a bearing holder 10 which is formed separately from the throttle body 1, fitted in the bearing holder hole 8, and has a through hole 9; and a third bearing 11 which is disposed in the through hole 9 and rotatably supports the throttle shaft 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
