To simplify assembling of a motor to a throttle body with a structure functionable by a motor alone, improve vibrationproofness and perform highly accurate air flow amount controlling.
A casing of a motor 30 is composed of a housing 31, and a plate 32. A rotor shaft 35 is journalled throgh bearings 33, 34. An outer peripheral edge 31a on one end of the housing 31 of the motor 30 is fitted to a throttle body 10. A positioning hole of the plate 32 is fitted to a positioning pin of a throttle body 10, followed by positioning in a rotational direction perpendicular to the rotor shaft 35. A left end surface of the housing 31 of the motor 30 is energized rightward by means of a belleville spring 17. A right end face 32c of the plate 32 is abutted against a projection 19a of a throttle body cover 19 and positioned in an axial direction of a rotor. Performance test can be done in the motor alone. Fitting portions are decreased and assembling is facilitated. Vibrationproofness is improved and highly accurate air flow amount controlling is attained.
