In adjusting an opening of a throttle valve 11 by rotating a throttle valve shaft 12 by a driving motor 17 through a gear transmission mechanism 18, a spatial portion 19 having a diameter larger than the throttle valve shaft 12 is formed at an intake path 10 side with respect to a driving motor-side bearing 15, of a driving motor-side shaft hole portion 13, a discharge port 20 opened to the spatial portion 19 is formed at a lowermost portion of the engine of the driving motor-side shaft hole portion 13, and a connection path 24 connecting the discharge port 20 and the intake path 10 is formed on a throttle body 9. Further a groove portion 26 continued in the circumferential direction of the shaft hole portion 13, is formed on an inner peripheral portion of the spatial portion 19.
