Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a cost of a throttle device 1 by lowering a processing cost of a throttle body 3.SOLUTION: A throttle body 3 has a flange 10 extended to a radial outer side with respect to a bore 2, the flange 10 has through-holes 11 to which bolts for connection to the other member are inserted, and the through-holes 11 penetrate the flange 10 in a direction parallel to an axial direction of the bore 2. Further, counterbores 30 are present on an opening end in a flange face 11a at one end side in an axial direction of the bore 2 of the flange 11, out of two opening ends of the through-hole 11, and a processing for improving surface accuracy is not performed on the flange face 10a. Thus a processing cost of the throttle body 3 is lowered, and a cost of a throttle device 1 can be reduced.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
