Abstract:
To provide a throttle device capable of easily manufacturing a gear with a complicated structure and saving manufacturing costs, while ensuring the strength of a fixing portion with a throttle shaft.SOLUTION: A throttle device is equipped with a throttle shaft fixed with a throttle valve, a motor, and a deceleration mechanism that decelerates and transmits rotations of a drive shaft of the motor to the throttle shaft. The deceleration mechanism has a throttle gear 29 fixed to the throttle shaft. The throttle gear 29 has a cylindrical ring 50 in which the throttle shaft is detachably inserted, and a gear body portion 40 that has a gear portion 41. The gear body portion 40 is formed by resin by insert processing including the ring 50.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
