To provide a throttle grip device capable of transmitting to a driver the same feeling as that obtained in a throttle grip device having an operation cable when a throttle grip is rotated while having a throttle opening sensor.

This throttle grip device comprises the throttle grip SG, a case 1, the throttle opening sensor 4 detecting the rotating angle of the throttle grip, and an energizing means energizing the throttle grip in a direction for returning to an initial position. The engine of a vehicle is controlled based on the values detected by the throttle opening sensor. The energizing means is formed of a helical spring 3 installed on the base end side of the throttle grip and one end thereof is fixed to the base end of the throttle grip and the other end is fixed to the case, and mounted in such a state that the helical spring is wound according to the rotation of he throttle grip from the initial state.
