PURPOSE: To increase safety during abnormal operation by arranging a movable stopping means that limits the travel motion of a throttle member in opening position for a device that controls an actuator based on output of each sensor detecting the motion of an accelerating member and motion of an actuator for driving the throttle member.

CONSTITUTION: A throttle member 14 fixed on a shaft 16 is arranged in a guide line of a calibrator, while the shaft 16 is driven by a rotation actuator 18, rotation is realized by stepping an accelerating pedal 23 through a lever 28. The motion of the actuator 18 is detected by a rotation potentiometer 22, and the motion of the accelerating pedal 23 is detected by potentiometer 24. And, the actuator 18 is driven based on the output signals of each potentiometers 22, 24, and the throttle member 14 is pressed at the position depending upon the position of the accelerating pedal 23. And, the lever 28 works in combination with a movable stopping means 32 to limit the degree of opening of the throttle member 14.
