Title:
THROTTLE OPENING SENSOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2007100707
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To reduce the wall thickness of a throttle opening sensor, and to detect the opening of a throttle valve with high accuracy.

A protrusion 104 and a second annular projecting part 106 are provided on a cover member 40, and a first annular projecting part 84 is provided on the bush 74 of a rotor 46. The position of the inside bottom surface of the first annular projecting part 84 is positioned higher in comparison with the horizontal end surface 76 of the bush 74. The protrusion 104 is inserted in the first annular projecting part 84. While, a small diameter part 124 is formed on the peripheral wall of the bearing part 34 of a bearing member 122 rotatably supporting the rotor 46. A web washer 82 fitted to the small diameter part 124 abuts on the inside step difference part 128 of a sleeve portion 126 hanging from the peripheral surface of the bush 74. Even when a coil spring 44 is twisted with the rotation of the throttle valve, the web washer 82 functions to always push up the step difference part 128 so that the bush 74 of the rotor 46 keeps approximately a horizontal condition without inclination.
