Abstract:
To accurately detect an opening of a throttle valve by attaining a thinner throttle opening sensor.
A small diameter part 124 is formed at an outer wall of a bearing part 34 of the bearing part member 122 supporting a rotor 46 rotatably. A wavy washer 82 fitted to the small diameter part 124 is contacted with a step part 128 of the inner side of a sleeve part 126 which is situated vertically down from an outer surface of a bush 74. This wavy washer 82 is always pushing the step part 128 upwardly and is functioned so as to keep the bush 74 of a rotor 46 in a horizontal state approximately without tilting, even if a coil spring 44 is twisted according to the throttle valve rotation.
