To provide a throttle valve control device to speedily detect that energizing force of an energizing means to energize a throttle lever to the opening side or the closing side of a throttle valve reaches out of a specified range.
A spring 6 energizes a throttle lever 21 to the opening side of a throttle valve, and a spring 4 energizes a connecting lever 2 to the closing side of the throttle valve. Consequently, when energizing force of the spring 4 or the spring 6 reaches out of a specified range, a change is made to an electric current direction of a motor 60 to stop the throttle valve at a specified position. That is, an electric current in a direction different from the normal time when energizing force of the spring 4 or the spring 6 is within the specified range flows to the motor 60. It is possible to speedily judge that energizing force of the spring 4 or the spring 6 reaches out of the specified range by detecting a direction of the electric current flowing to this motor 60 by a control device.
