Abstract:

To provide a throttle valve control device capable of manufacture easily and at low cost.

Each of magnetic poles 46 and 47 is formed with a group of magnets each of which comprises four flat plate-shaped permanent magnets 46a and 47a, and each of permanent magnets 46a and 47a is fixed adhesively to the outer periphery of a rotor core 42. Also the permanent magnets 46a and 47a are rare-earth magnets, and each of them is magnetized in one thickness direction, and arranged in arc shape around the periphery of the rotor core 42. Therefore the magnetic poles 46 and 47 are formed so that they are radially magnetized substantially from the center of a rotor 48. Because it is easy to magnetize the flat plate-shaped magnetic body in one direction, the magnetic poles 46 and 47 can be formed easily and at a low production cost. Because a stator core 45 is formed in slotless structure which is endless all around the rotor 48, the eccentricity of the distribution of magnetic flux in the stator core 45 is reduced and al-so a detent torque acting on the rotor 48 is reduced.
