Title:
THROTTLE VALVE CONTROLLER OF INTERNAL COMBUSTION ENGINE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3436660
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the responsiveness of the ISC control by executing the correction of the ISC demand opening on the basis of an amount of change of the engine speed when the final target opening and the ISC demand opening are matching with each other, and forbidding the correction of the ISC demand opening when the final target opening and the ISC demand opening are not matching with each other.
SOLUTION: An ECU 70 which inputs the output signals of a rotating speed sensor 23, a throttle position sensor 51, an intake-air temperature sensor 52, a vehicle speed sensor 57, an accelerator position sensor 58 or the like, computes the final target opening on the basis of the operating condition of an engine 1 and the ISC demand opening. Then a DC motor 8 is driven to control a throttle valve 5, so that the real throttle opening is matching with the final target opening. On this occasion, the correction of the ISC demand opening is executed on the basis of the deviation of the real rotating speed and an amount of fluctuation of the real rotating speed, when the final target opening and the ISC demand opening are matching with each other. On the other hand, the correction of the ISC demand opening is forbidden when they are not matching with each other.
