Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a throttle valve controller controlled by an H-bridge circuit, capable of controlling a throttle valve at a minute duty, and reducing the generation of unnecessary radiation noise.
SOLUTION: This throttle valve controller 1 comprises the H-bridge circuit 20 formed by bridging four transistors FET1, FET2, FET3, FET4, a decode circuit forming a PWM signal and a control signal for driving each transistors FET1-FET4 of the H-bridge circuit 20, and a pre-driver circuit 22 changing a switching speed of a PWM signal for ON/OFF switching of the transistor FET1 and FET2 to establish the relational expression of ON time ≥ OFF time, and outputting the same to FET1 and FET2. The pre-driver circuit 22 satisfies the relational expression of ON time ≥ OFF time by controlling the resistance values of resistors R1, R5 for the current flowing to gates of transistors FET1 and FET2 in ON state, and the resistors R2, R6 for the current flowing in OFF state to be R1≤R2 and R5≤R6.
