Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the workability in the manufacturing time by regulating the valve closing position variable by a stopper provided to a cam lever which is separated from a throttle body.
SOLUTION: Inside the gear case 1C of a throttle body 1, a reduction gear mechanism 5 which consists of a driving gear 6; a driven gear 8 integral with a cam lever 11; and an intermediate gear 9 is provided between the output shaft 4A of an electric motor 4, and the valve shaft 2 of a throttle valve. An intermediate opening regulator 16 is provided on a load lever 14, while the roller 21 of the intermediate opening regulator 16 is inserted in the long hole 12 of the cam lever 11. A stopper 26 for valve closing position regulating is provided to the cam lever 11. A single spring 24 to energize constantly the roller 21 to the outer peripheral wall side of the long hole 12 is provided to the load lever 14. The cam lever 11 is driven in the valve closing direction shown by the arrow A against the spring 24, by the driving force of the electric motor 4.
