A pulley 64 driven by a throttle wire 53 interlocking with the motion of a throttle lever 12a is mounted on the stem 61 of throttle valve in one position between adjoining ones 36A and 36B, or 36B and 36C, of the throttle bodies 36A-36C mating with the cylinders S1-S3 of an engine 6.
