To facilitate fine adjustment of pressure and to eliminate a requirement for working accuracy to lower cost by providing a through hole in a partition wall between fluid housing parts and by engaging the through hole with a throttling member forming a fluid path consisting of a spiral groove on its periphery.
A throttling member 8 is engaged with a through hole 3a and is provided with a large-diameter head part 8a, and is formed of a fluid path 8b consisting of a spiral groove on its periphery. The fluid path 8b is communicated with a fluid path 8c provided by penetrating through the head part 8a. Changing the length of the fluid paths 8b, 8c changes resistance to a fluid to adjust the pressure of fluid housing parts 1, 2. The length of the fluid paths 8b, 8c is in proportional relation to the resistance to the fluid. The change of the resistance is lower than the change of the fluid paths 8b, 8c. Thus, fine adjustment is easier, and higher working accuracy is not so requested, resulting in lower costs.
