A shape of a thruogh hole 4 when a longitudinal member 2 of a T-shaped cross section is penetrated through a transverse-member 3 to be arranged is constituted to have the first circular arc face 11 of a large radius formed to surround a side and an upper side of a flange part 2a of the longitudinal member 2, and the second paired left and right circular arc faces 12 of a small radius formed on the lower side of the flange part 2a of the longitudinal member and in both side positions of web part 2b, to position the center O1 of the first circular arc face 11 in the center of the flange part 2a, and to position the centers O2 of the respective second circular arc faces 12 on straight lines S in parallel to a surface of the web 2b separated respectively from the web part 2b by a half of a radius R of the first circular arc face 11, and in a position to inscribe the respective second circular arc faces 12 to the first circular arc face 11.
