Abstract:

To provide a throw-away tap for reducing manufacturing cost, and improving installation accuracy, by simplifying a structure of a joining part, even when detachably constituting a screw part to a body part.

A plurality of projection strips 33 and recessed grooves 23 are arranged on a mating face between the body part 3 and the screw part 2. Thus, the effective rupture area is sufficiently secured, and rupture of the joining part by torsional torque in processing can be surely restrained. Since its joining part structure is formed in a simple shape with a structure capable of firmly fixing the body part 3 and the screw part 2, large reduction in the manufacturing cost and a large improvement in the installation accuracy of both, can be simultaneously performed.
