PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a waste liquid treating bag which is usable without staining hands and facilitates post disposal by housing an inner bag shorter than a longitudinally long outer bag into this outer bag, downwardly double folding the intermediate part of the outer bag to form an extension part and housing an absorbent material for the waste liquid into the inner bag. SOLUTION: This treating bag has a longitudinal long outer bag 1 made of polyethylene(PE) and a short inner bag 2 which is likewise made of the PE and is inserted therein. A bag 5 made of a water-soluble PVA film inclosed with the absorbent material consisting of an acrylate polymer is housed into the inner bag 2. An intermediate part of the outer bag 1 is downwardly turned back double to form a double extension part 3 and the upper part thereof is superposed on the upper part of the inner bag 2 to form double opening ends 4 by the outer bag 1 and the inner bag 2. At the time of use, a user opens the opening ends 4 and urinates or vomits into the inner bag 2, then releases the inner bag 2 and holds only the outer bag 1, thereby dropping the inner bag 2 and relatively extending the extension part 3 of the outer bag 1, following which the user ties the upper part of the outer bag 1 and discards the bag.
